Javascript functions or CSS should now no longer be replaced on pages/addons etc when a single line is used for the function as long as it has a space/tab in between the {} somewhere. This also should slightly speed things up as when OR searches for template tags on a page it will stop after a { as soon as it finds a space instead of generating large lists of template tags that need to be replaced or removed. This is related to bug/feature #714

Parsing tags on other pages resulted in template tags being removed from pages like the site config fields and the page editor fields or in the event of addons actually replacing them with content.   Will work on this more this weekend.

I am considering adding additional functions to the addon structure to have tags specific to the admin area and seperate from the tags that are available to the public area, however at this point I think we'll just leave it with one large pool of tags. Developers can add checks to their addons to see if its the admin area and not display the addon if they don't want it to work in that area and vice versa. This needs testing as I did the coding on the fly and only tested one time with one addon tag to see if it worked as a proof of concept. This is related to bug/feature #710
